 Warranty Repair Policy:

                                      We repair Kenwood, Motorola, Vertex, Icom and many more!

  • Units are repaired in the order they are received.

  • Our hourly rate is $65.00 plus parts

  • Units are repaired as quickly as possible but quality repair work takes time to do right and make the repairs last. Turnaround times vary with repair load so expect between 7-14 working days on average or 2 to 4 weeks during peak periods. Special part orders or re-tuning the unit to the factory spec’s can delay a unit repair.

  • Units still in warranty units are "no charge" except for return shipping and insurance. All shipping and insurance charges to us are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Note: Some new warranty units may require a return to manufacturer for warranty fulfillment.

Proper installation of equipment is a critical factor of any radio communication system. For years, NightHawk Communications, Inc. has employed dedicated and specific personnel to handle the installation of all products sold. Whether it is vehicular equipment, fixed stations, remote control stations, antenna/transmission line on towers, communication centers, point-to-point or point-to-multipoint equipment.
